in the future, to find the best place to post your message, use the list here, https://community.adobe.com/

p.s. i don't think the adobe website, and forums in particular, are easy to navigate, so don't spend a lot of time searching that forum list. do your best and we'll move the post (like this one has already been moved) if it helps you get responses.

Thank you for reaching out, and sorry about the trouble caused.

Please share the screen recording of the workflow to understand the issue you are experiencing. Also, share the Acrbat and OS version number currently in use.

Ensure that you are using the latest version released yesterday. To check that, go to Menu > Help > Check for updates. You may also refer to the information on the latest updates provided in the following help page: https://adobe.ly/4ngBZ5V.

Let us know if you need any help.

Hi @rafikk63073889 ,

If I am not mistaken, and assuming that the PDF that you are trying to edit is not a scanned image,  the "Comment" tool is used to edit callout boxes.

Callout boxes are basically annotations, so the Comment tool in your particular case should be the most appropriate.

@rafikk63073889 ,

Disregard my last reply; there's no need to use the comment tool for that.

Additionally, regardless of the tool that you may be employing to work with your PDFs , wether it is the "Hand Tool" or the "Selection Tool" (the pointing "Arrow"), it seems like the design behavior of Acrobat is to default to editing the callout's bounding box first if a single-left click is made over the text callout box with your pointing device

If you want to just go straight to editing the text inside of the callout box, just double-left-click quickly with your pointing device on that callout box; it will allow you to edit text right away.

Hello, I appreciate your reply and comments. Yes I did once I click on it sometime I can go right into it but most of the time it brings me box border editing. It was very annoying.  Thank you.
