Hallo zusammen.

Wir haben seit gestern das Problem, dass die von uns erstellen PDF Dateien wie im Bild erkennbar, dargestellt werden. Dies jedoch nur wenn man sie mit Adobe öffnet, jeder andere PDF-Viewer stellt die PDF richtig dar.

Und das seltsame ist auch, dass der Email Empfänger ebenfalls diese verzerrte Darstellung sieht. Und selbst wenn Wir alte PDFs von vor 3 Monaten öffnen, die damals zu 100% richtig dargestellt wurden, öffnen, sehen diese Dokumente jetzt so aus.

 

Erstellt werden die PDFs mit der Handwerkersoftware "Labelwin". Die haben schon alles zweimal überprüft und können von ihrer Seite aus keinen Fehler finden.

Habe Adobe schon neu installiert und sämtliche Updates durchgeführt, bin echt bald am verzweifeln.

Bin für jeden Ratschlag dankbar

Es liegt am Adobe Reader Update, Enmtweder alternativen PDF Reader verwenden, alte Adobe Reader Version installieren, oder PDF mit Goolgle Chrom, Firefox oder MS-Edge öffnen.
