I have launched Acrobat Web from my Creative Cloud Desktop app. All tools apart from those that say "Start free desktop trial" are working, with the exception of "Combine Files". I get an error message "Unable to process request. Please contact customer support for help". Anyone know what the issue might be?

Hi Carolynb

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As mentioned you are unable to use the free combine tool on Acrobat Web and getting the error Unable to process request.

Is this a behavior with a particular PDF file or with all the PDFs that you try to combine? Please try with a different PDF file and check. Also make sure the PDF is not secured or password protected.

As a free user you can only complete one free transaction and download the resulting file one time (Once in 2

Hi Amal,

Thank you for your reply. I had used it one time already. I was not aware there was a once per 24 hours limit for free users I did not see it stated anywhere and it was not clear that this is the case.

Regards,

Carolyn.
