Hi all,
My user is facing a weird issue. The "Get Started" window always appears when she opens the Acrobat Pro.
Also, the "Get Started" window will appear when she saves the PDF or opens a new tab in Acrobat Pro.
I tried to reinstall the Acrobat, but it still appeared.
Is there anyone who can tell me how I can solve this issue?

Go to page 2 of this thread. The solution was shared, and it also seems that the bug was addressed via updates.
However, if this is still happening after you've updated your current version of Acrobat, it seems like such solution has worked for some users but not every user.
Does the problem still manifests even you've repaired or uninstall/reinstall your version of Adobe Acrobat ?

I'm guessing because it's not an "official" solution but just a temporary workaround. The person is tagged as Adobe Employee so they might not want to make it appear as official if anything goes wrong.
Btw I tried it but it didn't work for me. You need to make some changes to the system registry.

I am also having this issue. I waited a couple of days in case it resolved itself, but it has become quite annoying. I would swear this was something we used to be able to turn off in the preferences, but I cannot find it now.
