The "Get started" windows keep popping up when opening Acrobat Pro/Save PDF/Open new tab

Hi all,

My user is facing a weird issue. The "Get Started" window always appears when she opens the Acrobat Pro.

Also, the "Get Started" window will appear when she saves the PDF or opens a new tab in Acrobat Pro.

I tried to reinstall the Acrobat, but it still appeared.

Is there anyone who can tell me how I can solve this issue?

When Meenakshi went silent I began wondering if an update for Acrobat was in the works. Installed the update today and it resolved the issue.

The registry solution that was sent to me from the Adobe rep did not work. This is what was sent to me. maybe it will work for some one. It seemed to have worked for part of the day. Now pop ups are back.

As you get the Get started pop-up every time, please try creating the below registry as a workaround- [HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Adobe\Adobe Acrobat\DC\UsageMeasurement] "bHighbeamNoticeShown"=dword:00000001

Thanks - I've been waiting four days for the rep to send a fix. Hopefully this helps... But I guess I shouldn't hold my breath.

Thank you MGRoberts. This Regedit entry worked for me. Hopefully it doesn't start popping up again.

No thank you to Meenakshi - a week later and still haven't bothered to send anything.

I also have this issue. It is RIDICULOUS that the solution/workaround is not shared publicly!
