Users who use Adobe Sign can send a form to be signed but they cannot cancel it, and when a user signs it, it still says they haven't signed it. Any suggestions how to fix that?

Hi,

Can you please elaborate issue faced at your end. At which step cancellation is required?

Usr signs it means, complete workflow is completed. Can you share the snapshot where it says that users haven't signed the form.

Thanks,

Shakti K

Hi @joyce_4158,

Hope you are doing well. Thanks for writing in!

Agreements once sent, can be canceled by going to the Acrobat Sign Portal. More info around this is available here: https://adobe.ly/3FZ5gBu.

Are the agreements sent to multiple recipients? If yes, you can go to https://adobe.ly/3RnBB7E and click on the agreement name, check the Recipient section to the right-hand side of the page.

If the primary signer has signed the document, you should see a green check-mark to the right of the signer name.

Let us know if this is not what you see.

Regards,
Souvik.
