The Swedish letters Å, Ä and Ö, not displayed correctly

When I create a form and enter the Swedish letters Å, Ä and Ö, they are only displayed as a point. What setting do I need to do for it to look correct?

Be sure that the used font contains these letters.

I always check the font and a regular arial or helvetica should work.
