There is an error with text properties tool when trying to use the text box

New Here ,
Oct 22, 2019 Oct 22, 2019

When i go to add a text box, it pops up i can type text, but when i go to the text properties button in the tool bar, it will pop up first (to change color, text size, text type, etc.) but then disappears and grays out.  Sometimes it will let me change the text size, once or color once but i can never go back till i close the program and restart.  It somethings/most of the time doesn't let me change it at all even after restarting. I can change the properties of the box itself, just not the text inside of it anymore. I tried repairing the program but it is still doing it.  I have never had this proplem before.

Usaully i can type text... then go back and select that text, go up to the tool bar and select the text properties button then change it to what every i want.. not anymore.

Hi,

What operating system and Acrobat versions are you using? Have you noticed if this problem  occurred recently after an update?
