Thanks, I had the same issue, and I did what you said and it worked perfectly.
However, the "new" experience locked my file when I approved all signatures, and I was unable to continue using Adobe since the application froze. Whenever I clicked, nothing happened except for an annoying ring sound and because of that I lost all my modification since I was forced to kill the process.
The legacy version is better and more useful.

Thanks for reporting this to us.
We did test the same on the latest version of Acrobat 23.003.20201, and the panel is still hiding when clicking the green check mark. Hence, nothing has changed in this respect.
Can you please confirm the Acrobat version you are working on? Open Acrobat>Help>About Acrobat
If its the latest one, then Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation
And, also check with another file with the signature panel on it.
Let us know if you still experience the same issue.
Thanks,
Akanchha

Hello @AkanchhaS,
I tried everything else and nothing worked. This only worked for me when I clicked the three lines in the upper left handside of Acrobat Pro. Then, I selected "Disable New Acrobat".
Please fix this feature for the new Acrobat.

I'm also not able to get the blue ribbon at the top to disappear. This is a problem because I use a technique where I open two documents in the same Acrobat window and Ctrl+Tab back and forth between them to see if anything has changed between versions. I can't do this if the blue ribbon is there on one because the document lines up differently in the window. Please fix this. I'm pulling my hair out over here trying to figure out a workaround. This wasn't a problem until acrobat just updated to 2023.008.20470. I'm on macOS 11.7.7. Thanks!

I really, realy, really need you all to fix this. There is no way to get the ribbon to disappear, and I can't do the version comparison I need to do. I can't use the Compare Files tool because I get a message that says "These documents have security settings which prevent comparison. Please modify the security settings to allow editing and try again." Probably because one of the documents is signed. You have to, have to fix this.

Nevermind. I just disabled the new acrobat and now I'm able to hide the blue ribbon. Let me know when you fix this and I might try the new acrobat again. Also, the feature that finds form fields in Prepare Form works like total garbage in the new acrobat. It finds like 10% of my fields, when the old acrobat found like 90% of them.
