Hi there
I hope you're doing well. Thanks for reaching out.
Could you please share more details about the issue you're experiencing? What happens when you try to download the free trial? Do you get any error message? What steps are you taking when the issue occurs? If possible, a short video recording showing the steps and the problem would be very helpful for better understanding.
Additionally, could you let me know the version of your operating system and Acrobat app you are using? You can find this information by going to Help > About Acrobat. Make sure your Acrobat app is updated to the latest version (24.05.20421). You can check for updates by going to Help > Check for updates. After updating, please restart your computer.
Looking forward to your response.

Hi @eric_3054
Apologies for the trouble you had installing Acrobat free trial version. Would be great if you could provide more details for the experience & issues you faced in the workflow.
Do you already have Adobe Reader on your machine , you opted for Acrobat free trial and facing issues in updating to Acrobat version? If yes, please share the issue you get in this workflow.
If not, have you directly started Acrobat trial on adobe.com and facing issues installing Acrobat ?
Regards
Ravi

I downloaded and used for a week, PDF editing is insanely slow as it has to load every pixel slowly as i enter a new page or if i edit it. to be clear it reloads after every action commited, and usually this is a VERY slow process.
Im talking so that hours go on editing a 12 page pdf binder.

Hi @eric_3054
Thanks for providing the information. As I understood your statement, you are able to download and install the app but facing issues in editing the pdf file. Could you please also help us with following logs to debug this issue.
1. Acrobat version installed on the machine
2. OS version.
3. If possible the test PDF file you are trying to edit
4. Run Acrobat diagnostic tool on your machine to collect and share the logs. Steps below
Close Acrobat
Download and run Diagnostics utility https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-diagnostics.html
Select Start Diagnostics.
Now Open Acrobat and try to edit that file and see the issue.
Select Stop Monitoring, and share the log ID with us.
Regards
Ravi
