Timestamps are missing under shared users names.

I have been working with PDFs reviews and sharing since the Pandemic sent us all home.

I loved that I could share, and then see who logged into a PDF and when. In my job deal with all kinds and it helps me out tremendously to know if I need to give someone a nudge.

Lately, that time stap under the persons name has dissappeared??? See attached.

Is this a setting now?

Hi Heidit

Hope you are doing well and sorry for the trouble. As described the time stamps are missing under some user names.

I have checked the screenshot that you have shared and the user under which the time stamp is not appearing  hasn't opened the file yet so the last accessed time stamp is not showing for such users.

Hello Amal,

Thanks for getting back to me. I might not have been very clear though...

The screen capture i send in the earlier post is what I'm used to seeing...i LOVE this feature.

However, now since the most recent upgrade nothing shows up under the users. This is the case in both Acrobat Pro and through the broweser account. See the attached of what I get now 😞

I know some of these folks have logged on, commented, and some may be finished.

How can i get the timestamp back?

So we fixed this issue of disappearing time stamp under the reviewers names by loading the old version of Adobe back on my computer.

Does Acrobat plan to bring back this feature if future versions? My fingers are crossed...otherwisee I many need to find another file sharing system.

Please advise.
