Hi, Ever since this update - Build: 23.8.20458.0 - my tool menu keeps disappearing as I click around the program. For example, when I click "All tools" I can see the menu. But when I click on any of the tools the menu disappears entirely instead of bringing up the next options. Thanks!

Sure! I clicked "all tools" and then "print production" in these three screen shots. I have a mac with the M1 chip and I'm running macOS 13.6.3.

I have the same problem i keep turning on and off the program and it may work one time and the again disappear

@lamberto_7590 i have no idea how you can work under those circumstances. I would literally un-install Acrobat, and if need be, use a Adobe Cleaner for good measure. Then log out of adobe, and log back into it, https://www.adobe.com/apps/all/all-platforms and install the version of Acrobat. Wait until it's fully done. Call me crazy, but when am downloading things, I don't do anythin else...I make sure I don't have any other Adobe product open...just let it install cleanly for a clean installation!

I want to uninstall acrobat and re install the latest version.

When I contacted Acrobat they did send and email but the email said the exact opposite of what I was being told on the phone

And is it normal to have to put passwords in to put an applicaiton in the rubbish bin on a Mac??
I kept getting messages to have to do this.
I am very uncomfortable dealing with those who want to do screen share. We get so many scammers every day here in Australia. It is making me hesitant to have this problem resolved when I have to give away passwords, download a whole lot of stuff I am not sure of.
Also the documents disappearing then the app disappearnig from the dock was not anything I did. just happened today
