Can someone please help me out with a issue I am facing in the PDF having link.

When ever I hover over the link in the Adobe acrobat reader then the tooltip says "Generate hotspot". I am not understanding what it means.

This is a weird one. The Link annotations in this file contain a "Contents" key which is used by some annotation types to display a caption when the user hovers above the item, but not for Links. So Acrobat should be ignoring it, I believe, but it seems it doesn't and displays it instead of the actual URL.

This is something you need to solve in the application that generates these files, though. I don't believe you will be able to do it in Acrobat itself, nor would you be able to change how it behaves.

This is probably just how the file was set up, probably unknowingly. Report the issue to the creator of this file.
