Hi,
I am using windows 10 ( completely updated) with the latest version of Adobe Acrobat DC Reader. When I tap the sticky note button in the comment/review bar a sticky note appears in a PDF document. Once I bring up the on-screen keyboard and wish to type in some text by writing using the pen, nothing happens. The sticky note ignores any text that I am writing using the pen. However, when I bring the regular on-screen keyboard and punch keys to type, it works correctly. This is really annoying because I like the windows feature of typing by using the human writing style.
Thanks

Hi hakoonamataada,
I am sorry for the delayed response.
Try to disable protected mode and see if that works:
Launch Reader>click Edit>Preferences>Security(Enhanced)>uncheck the box next to Enable Protected Mode at startup>then click Ok
Relaunch Reader, then try to add text to the sticky notes.
Could you please confirm the version of Reader DC installed on the computer?

I appreciate this is an old issue but as a new to MS Surface environment, I have just discovered that I very much want to but can't hand write with text conversion into sticky notes in acrobat DC. My OS is Win 10 on a new Surface Pro with Acrobat DC updated. This is the primary reason I bought the surface/win pen environment. Thank you for your time.
