Track or Capture pdf file that has been reviewed.

One of our departments, scans documents into a pdf file format that reside on a network share. Once they are there, certain personnel are to open the document and then using a dynamic stamp under the comments section, they are to stamp the document as "Reviewed".

Once the user applies the stamp is there some way to invoke a command to save the file as "NameOfFile_completed.pdf"

so they can be easily identified in Windows Explorer as being completed, without having to open up every pdf file to see if it has been stamped as reviewed?

Any ideas or suggestions would be greatly appreciated.

Thank You,

Jerry

Hi,

After applying the stamp documents can be renamed to "NameOfFile_completed.pdf". It looks easy in this scenario.

Regards,

Arvind
