Thank you for reaching out and sharing your feedback.
In addition to what @Amal. has mentioned.
You are correct — currently, Acrobat does not have a built-in feature to directly translate PDF text into another language. We understand how useful this would be, especially when working with multilingual documents.
Also, using Acrobat AI Assistant, you can get a translated summary of the file.
For now, you can consider exporting your PDF to Word or text (using File > Export To) and then using tools like Google Translate or Microsoft Translator to convert the content into Italian, as @Amal. mentioned.
That said, your request is very valuable, and I’d encourage you to submit it on our Adobe Acrobat UserVoice page here: https://adobe.ly/4fShzOf so our product team can review it for future updates.
We really appreciate you bringing this up — feedback like yours helps us improve the product experience for everyone.

Hi there,
Hope you are doing well and thanks for reaching out. At the moment, Acrobat doesn’t have a built-in feature to automatically translate PDF content from English to Italian (or other languages).
Here are a few workarounds you can try:
1. Copy & Paste: If the PDF isn’t secured, you can copy the text and paste it into a translation tool (like Google Translate).
2. Export PDF: Use Acrobat’s Export PDF feature to convert your file into Word or plain text, then run it through a translation tool. Once translated, you can save it back as a PDF.
You may also share your feature request with the engineering team here https://adobe.ly/4lQv6Hu for their consideration and future implementation.
