Trouble installing Adobe Reader Error: required windows service pack 1

Bonjour je n'arrive pas a installer adobe reader il a cessé de fonctionné pour je ne sais quelle raison donc j'ai désinstallé pour le réinstallé mais à chaque fois il y a un message d'erreur "windoms package", je suis sous windows 7 pro pack 1 quelqu'un pour m'aider ????

• You may first use cleaner tool to remove the left over of existing Adobe Reader DC: http://labs.adobe.com/downloads/acrobatcleaner.html  then reinstall it using this link:   https://get.adobe.com/reader/otherversions/
• If it still causes trouble, check the required Windows update.

Le problème est résolu c'étais une mise à jour de windows mal installée donc j'ai réinstallé la mise à jour et tout est rentrer dans l'ordre
