Trouble installing Adobe Reader Error: required windows service pack 1

Bonjour je n'arrive pas a installer adobe reader il a cessé de fonctionné pour je ne sais quelle raison donc j'ai désinstallé pour le réinstallé mais à chaque fois il y a un message d'erreur "windoms package", je suis sous windows 7 pro pack 1 quelqu'un pour m'aider ????

Le problème est résolu c'étais une mise à jour de windows mal installée donc j'ai réinstallé la mise à jour et tout est rentrer dans l'ordre
