Unable to connect to server when making e-signature document

Screen Shot 2025-07-19 at 8.52.33 PM.pngHas anyone had this error message? I need to have a form signed, but can't get passed this point to send it off. HELP!

Thank you @ZmudaClan for reporting this. This error message doesn't mean that your agreement was not sent but only that desktop app could not get a response from server on the latest status. Can you please check whether agreement shows up in your All Agreements tab with sent status or not. If it is shown there then your agreement was sent. In case it is not shown then it could be due to network sluggishness. Try changing your network or just sign out from Acrobat and sign-in back in again. If these do not resolve the issue then we'll need to collect some logs to see what is actaully happening.

I forgot to mention, I'm on a Mac, using desktop version and it's fully updated.
