Unable to open a licensed document

Hi,

When I try to open an Adobe Acrobat Document, an error message "The FileOpen client has encountered an error. Please re-start Exchange -Pro".

Please advie where to locate "Exchnage-pro and how to restart it.

 

Note: I've installed the necessary FileOpen Plug-in to open the adobe file.
