Hi All,
I have a user running Adobe Acrobat Pro on a machine running Windows 7. They are migrating to a new machine but wanted to continue using AAP on the older hardware.
They have been unable to open the AAP app or CC due to the error message "Unable to reach Adobe Servers".
I have done the following troubleshooting steps:
- Checked for updates
- Signed into Adobe and removed all open sessions on the profile
- Uninstalled all Adobe apps and reinstalled
- Added the Adobe apps to the firewall allow list
Im wondering if its a compatibility issue with Windows 7, as its such an older OS.
Has anyone successfully resolved the issue?
