We have a couple of staff members who are unable to Redact using the Adobe Acrobat Pro DC (32-bit)
The temporary workaround is to repair installation, but it only gives them a chance to redact the current document before the blank white pop-up box and grey background screen appear again and it is getting frustrating not having a permanent solution to this. Can you kindly, advise, what the permanent solution is as the application is up to date.

Something seems to be corrupt on your Acrobat installation. In such a situation, I would run the Acrobat Cleaner tool: https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html - this will remove everything associated with Acrobat from your system (unlike an un-install, which still leaves stuff behind).

Hello,
Sorry to hear about the issue you are facing while using Redact.
Has this problem started happening recently with you after the latest update or happened earlier also? Can you please try after killing all AcroCEF.exe processes from task manager and relaunching Acrobat? Does this fix the problem? If it still persists, we would need some more information from you to be able to help resolve the issue for you.
thanks,
-amboo
