When I try to setup a pdf file for shared commenting on a network folder, it asks me for my credentials and then throws the error "Unable to create shared folder". I can browse to the same folder that I am using for shared commenting through Windows Explorer and create and delete files there.
My Acrobat Pro DC version is 2021.007.20095.
I have tried to uninstall and re-install again. Disbaled the Enable Portected Mode at statup, but still the same.
Not sure how to get the issue resolved and setup documents for shared commenting.
