Unable to sign an electronic form.

Hi guys, I'm not great with technology, but I'm trying to sign an electronic form which i can't open with any other file as its protected. When I click the fill and sign icon, i can see the little pen option but its not highlighted and when i click nothing happens. Please help. Also I'm a Mac Air user

Sorry for the inconvenience caused to you. Kindly share the following details :

1. Version of your Acrobat/Reader.

2. Your OS version.

3. Are you connected to the internet when you are trying to sign the document?

4. Does this happens with every PDF file? If no, could you please share a sample file with us.

5. Please attach a snapshot of the issue.
