I am unable to sign in to Acrobat Pro DC, a dialog box seems to open when I click the "Sign in" button or the Help/Sign-In from the menu bar and the dialog box seems to open up then quickly disappears. Any resolution would be greatly appreciated.

Might it be buried behind another window? I've seen it happen on occasion.
My best,

Hi there
Hope you are doing well and sorry to hear that.
Please check the correct answer marked in the similar discussion https://community.adobe.com/t5/download-install-discussions/blank-adobe-software-license-agreement-w...
Also, go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-click-accept-acrobat-reader.html and see if that helps.
Note: Steps are the same for Acrobat Pro DC

I don't have a creative subscription. I am able to sign in on the web, it's just the app on my mac that is not allowing me to even get the popup dialog back to stay, it pops up for 2 seconds and then disappears.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that.
Please go through the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/cant-click-accept-acrobat-reader.html and see if that helps.
If it still doesn't work, please try to enable the root account in MAC as described here https://support.apple.com/en-in/HT204012 and try using the application there and check.

I can't sign out if I can't even sign in. I've quit and re-open and the issue persists.

Hi there
We are sorry to hear that. Would mind sharing a small video recording of the steps you are doing and the issue you are experiencing for a better understanding?
Also, have you tried using the application in the Root account in MAC?
If it still doesn't work, please remove the application using the Acrobat cleaner tool https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/Labs/cleaner.html , reboot the computer and reinstall the application using the direct link https://helpx.adobe.com/acrobat/kb/acrobat-dc-downloads.html
Let us know how it goes.
Regards
Amal
