Unable to store language settings with plug-in Quite Imposing Plus and Acrobat DC.

I wanted to install the plug-in, Quite Imposing Plus, but something wrong happened when I put the .api file to the plug-ins folder and start Acrobat.

The first time I opened Acrobat with Quite Imposing Plus pluged, Quite Imposing Plus told me to select a language. Whichever I choosed, it ended with the warning that 'Unable to store language settings', then Quite Imposing Plus disappered from the top tool bar. As a result, I couldn't use this plug-in.

I have already tried to uninstall and reinstall Acrobat DC, but this didn't work. I have changed  the version of Quite Imposing Plus many times, it didn't work yet.

Maybe I need your help and I will appreciate it very much.

What did the Quite company say when you asked them about their plug in?

Sorry to bother, the latest problem is that Acrobat couldn't recognize the installed plugin. Acrobat will NOT show plugin at the top, the first time I launch Acrobat.

This is a Quite Imposing issue.

You should ask Quite.

Maybe I should try, I really don't know.

It confused me a lot that the same plugin worked well in my another computer.

Yes--you should.

Unless they have the exact same specs, that is not always a good measure. You haven't even mentioned what your OS is or your system specs.

Have you upgraded to Quite Imposing Plus version 5.3a?
