Unable to use space bar inside a an Edit box

Hi,

Using Mac iOS Catalina.  When I use Fill and Sign, a blue frame surrounds a large area of the document and within the text box, I can't use the spacebar. So, for a name, I have to create a new box for each part of the name.  

Any ideas?  If I uninstall Acrobat, will I lose the docs I created with it?
