Undo/Redo commands in Acrobat Pro DC while commenting

New Here ,
Feb 22, 2018 Feb 22, 2018

Hi,

I am using the Comment tool on Adobe Acrobat Pro DC to redline over a PDF drawing.  Most of my comments are lines and text boxes.  I accidentally deleted a line I didn't want to and wasn't able to undo this using either Ctrl-z or clicking Edit-Undo.  In the Edit menu, both Undo and Redo are grayed out.  I noticed they are grayed out even after adding or editing a comment.  Is there a way to use the Undo/Redo functions while working in the Comment tool?

Hi Johns,

Sorry for the delayed response.

Are you still facing this issue? If yes, please try following troubleshooting steps:

1-  Reboot the machine if you haven't already and check.

2- If that doesn't work, reset Preferences for Acrobat using the steps given in this link: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default. reboot the machine after resetting preferences and try again.

Feel free to update this discussion in case you need any help.

Shivam
