Hello,
I have Adobe Acrobat, and every time I launch it, I receive a message stating that Acrobat has stopped unexpectedly. This occurs even when it is properly closed during PC shutdown.
I have reinstalled the software, but the issue persists.
Do you have a solution?
Thanks,

Hi,
I assume you are running a Windows computer. Can you share the exact version of your software and operating system.
I would recommend that you check the EventViewer (there is an equivalent for Mac using Console).
Every 'crash' should be listed there with additional details of what conflicts with your software start.
Also, When unsintalling an Adobe software, I would recommend to also use Adobe CC Clean to scrub any 'leftovers' in your system, turn off your antivirus before reinstalling Acrobat, then trun it back on.
Please remember to backup your computer completely first, just in case.

There is AcroCleaner that works wonders when your Acrobat is crashing systematically due to some weird leftovers from previous installs or from an update that went wrong. If it's only Acrobat, I would prefer AcroCleaner over the Adobe CC Cleaner.

uninstall - AcroCleaner - redownload an install.
You would need to redownload Acrobat to have a fresh install. https://helpx.adobe.com/download-install/kb/download-install-acrobat-subscription.html
If you are using the reader you should download that one, but let out the McAfee software, if you do not want that.
