Update Adobe Acrobat Pro DC 2015

New Here ,
Apr 12, 2017 Apr 12, 2017

2015 Version (Classic) Version 2015.006.30306

Mac OS 10.12.4

Won´t update at all, tried everything. I even deleted the whole program and installed the latest version, which ran fine, but only gave me a 30 day test trial, despite me purchasing the software in 2016, won´t accept my product key.

Here is what it says on my invoice: 65258301 APRO,12.0,MAC,WBUPG,D,001,N/A

Can anyone help, please?

Cheers,

Lars

Hi Lars,

Thanks for the info. Actually you are not getting any error while updating. It is actually saying that your Acrobat is already up to date.

Thanks & Regards,

Tushark

uninstall the trial

and reinstall the correct version listed below.  then, if you're unable to update from the acrobat help menu, update by downloading the files directly and then applying them: http://prodesigntools.com/adobe-cc-2015-updates-links-windows.html

Downloadable installation files available:

Download and installation help for Adobe links

Download and installation help for Prodesigntools links are listed on most linked pages.  They are critical; especially steps 1, 2 and 3.  If you click a link that does not have those steps listed, open a second window using the Lightroom 3 link to see those 'Important Instructions'.

Hi Lars,

We are sorry for the inconveniences that you are facing. To understand your issue better, we would need following information from your machine :

1. I suppose, 2015.006.30306 was the version of Acrobat on which you were having problems while updating. Am I correct?

2. Please provide the full version number of the Acrobat which gave you 30 days test trial?

3. Install.log, To fetch this log, go to

Finder -> Go -> Go to Folder

type "/Private/var/log" (without quotes) and hit enter and find the log in the opened folder.

4. Please share all the logs present under '~/Library/Logs/Adobe/'.

Please see How to share a document if you need any help in sharing the files.

Thanks & Regards,

Tushark

Hi Tushark,

Thanks for getting back to me.

1. Yep.

2. Already uninstalled, so no idea, but it would have been the latest one, from your web page.

3. Here we go:

4. The only Adobe one I can find is „creative cloud“.

Anything else?

Cheers,

Lars

Hi Lars,

Thanks for replying but your attachments are not visible. Could you please email them to me (Please look to your inbox for my email ID).

Also regarding point 2, it would be good if you can share the URL from which you downloaded the installer along with the date on which you downloaded the installer.

Also please try with latest Acrobat Pro DC installer present at page Download Pro or Standard versions of Acrobat DC, XI, or X with your serial key and let me know the results.

Thanks & Regards,

Tushark

One thought: be very sure to download the CLASSIC download. The CONTINUOUS download will not work with your serial number.
