Using Redax Tool

I am a new user of Acrobat DC and needing to learn how to use the Redax Tool for remove sensitive information from PDF files. All and any information will be greatly appreciated.

It's called the "Redaction tool", not "Redax". You can find out about it here: Removing sensitive content from PDFs in Adobe Acrobat DC
