Viewing two files side by side same window like compare function

I am using Acrobat DC Pro and am a 1st time user of this forum. Feel free to move this question if I have placed it in the wrong area.

I want to view two files side by side in one window and be able to scroll both and zoom both at the same time basically like when the compare function is used. Is it possible to do this without using the compare function?

Almost... You can view two files side by side and you can use a script to scroll through them in sync (using this paid-for tool I've developed: Custom-made Adobe Scripts: Acrobat/Reader - Synchronized Scrolling Two (Or More) PDF Documents ), but it will only work when you use the script's buttons, not when you scroll with the mouse or keyboard.
