What has happened to Adobe. They've made the website so muddled it's impossible to report issues with their products (arrogance) and when the product fails, there is no capture of the failure details to provide Adobe support. Scanning has become a joke. All kinds of failure messages to the point where I have gone to a free third party utility to scan to pdf. Definitiely going to loo at canceling this subscription and hooking up with a vendor that has the user in mind.
