I am attempting to created a pdf from an excel file.  When I attempt to convert the file, it adjusts the pages that show more or less of the page.  How do I fix this?   I am using a mac pro with excel 2016.

Generally the PDF looks at the Page Layout settings, you've enabled.

  • Margins, Orientation, Size (paper size) all relate to the PDF result, as well as how you are scaling the Excel worksheet down to fit onto the print pages.

You should be able to preview the result before you generate the PDF as well.

  • View toolbar, then click Page Layout

If the above doesn't provide a solution, please let us know a bit more information:

  • Try to describe the steps you are presently using to create the PDF, and include some screenshots if possible.
