When I convert an Excel document to a PDF document, it cuts the bottom of the page off, why is this happening?

I just got a new computer and had to move my copy of Adobe Acrobat Standard DC to my new computer, after I downloaded it onto the new computer, it wouldn't let me combine PDF files together, this was one of the reasons I got this program in the first place.  I had to get help from Adobe to fix this and it amounted to me reloading the program.  Now I just noticed that when I'm creating new PDF file from Excel files, it is cutting off the bottom of the document and I don't know why.  The Excel file is fine, and I've been using them for over a year, and I've never had this problem before.  If I had this program on a disk, I would jusr reload it, but because they don't give you a disk any more, it is a big pain to try to get into the Adobe website and download the program again.  Any thought?

What settings are you using when converting the Excel spreadsheet to PDF?

  • in the Acrobat PDF Maker dialog box, select Fit Worksheet to a single page, to ensure the full worksheet fits on the page.

Also if you are using 'Paper width' as a setting, check in the Page Layout ribbon in Excel what (page) Size, Margins, Orientation you've got selected as this has an impact on the PDF output that is generated from Excel.
