When I copy paste an image in Acrobat Pro it 1) turns black 2) gets smaller in size 3) gets blurry.  I've used the copy paste feature and it worked before, but now it doesn't work right.

Few notes:

1) I'm copying an image that is already on the PDF document.

2) I copy and paste that image onto the same document and it turns black, blurry, and gets smaller.

I hope there is an answer out there to fix this.  Thanks!

I ran into the same exact problem and resetting the Adobe preferences to default is what fixed it for me.

Here's the link for instructions on how to reset the preferences to default. I actually went into all 3 folders named Local, LocalLow and Roaming to delete the "Adobe" folder and reinstalled it after. You may have to open your task manager and close anything Adobe or Adobe Creative Cloud programs related before you'll be able to delete any of the "Adobe" folders.

Same here. Any fix yet? I just went through support and they had me reinstall Adobe Acrobat Pro DC. Of course, I lost the chat when they told me to launch because it restarted my computer. However, after doing all that, it STILL doesn't work.
