Hello Bookerb,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query and apologize for the inconvenience caused.

You may use the Save As Other>Optimized PDF option to and choose all the option as Off increase the PDF size.

Note:

Save - always makes the file bigger.

Save as - reclaims unused space, removes deleted objects.

You may refer to Scan documents to PDF, Adobe Acrobat
