When scanning to PDF there is no left border

The document has a border of 7mm. The document is correctly positioned in the scanner.
When creating a scan using the scanner that comes with the printer (Epson), the output (.png file) is alright.

When using acrobat to scan the document, the margin is gone.
Within Acrobat the paper size is set correctly (A4).

Any suggestions as to how to solve this?

You can scan to an image file (PNG is a good option) and then drop that file into Acrobat.

Alternatively, look at the options of the scanning preset you're using and see if there's something related to the margins there.

Thanks. Probably it can't be solved. Scanning to JPG is not a real solution : to much work.

Usually I scan a document and add more documents to it (Acrobat asking - Scan Complete of add more - or something like that)

When using the Automatic Document Feeder (ADF) things are fine.

When printing a .doc to PDF, this are fine as well.

It is only when scanning a document from glass plate (manual)
