Where can you find the file name of a jpeg used in a PDF?

Where can you find the file name of  a jpeg used in a PDF?  I remember hearing that you could if you converted the PDF to a PowerPoint but not having luck with that nethod. Any ideas? Thanks!

I don't believe this information is normally kept, but it might, depending on how the file was created. It could be kept as the alternate name of the image, in which case it should show up when you hover over it with the mouse, or if you use the screen-reading application.
