Acrobat Pro shows as part of my enterprise suite, but it's not part of the app list when I go to download. I have had Pro for years and for some reason, an update took it away. Our administration put it back and now it's gone again.

Hello,

Sorry for the delayed response.
In an enterprise scenario, the admin has to grant an Acrobat Pro license to your ID if that is done and you still can't see Acrobat as part of the Creative Cloud Desktop app. Try signing out of the Creative Cloud app and login again.

If the issue is still not resolved, ask your Admin to submit a support ticket through the admin console.

Lastly, if the Acrobat was installed on the machine, use Acrobat cleaner tool: https://adobe.ly/4biiOnu to uninstall it and try reinstalling.

Let us know if you have further questions.
