Where/Who/How can i suggest a new feature?

I would like to know how, with who or where I can suggest a new feature where it will be taken seriously and not just blown off to die in the dusty back files some place lol

Ja ich wollte eigentlich auch eine verbesserung vorschlagen. Aber bei Adobe ist das extrem kompliziert. Ich weiss ehrlich auch nicht wieso....
