White Space at the top of acrobat app

I have a user that has this white space at the top of the acrobat window and we can't figure out how to get it back to normal.  Creative Cloud says its up to date.  Any help is appreciated.  Video attached of the issue.

I hope you're doing well! Thank you for reaching out.

To fix this issue, please try uninstalling the graphics driver from the Device Manager and then restarting your computer. This will allow Windows to automatically reinstall the correct driver.
