But HOW was it created? Was this from a website? From an application? Was it a screenshot or saved as a gif file from an application?

[The following has absolutely no bearing on your issue, but I'm including it because you might find it helpful for other projects.] Here are some tips on file formats: GIF image format is inferior to PNG format with no discernable advantage unless you need/want a GIF animation. GIF images are Indexed, which is not as flexible as RGB images and derives from the old days of computers and monitors when you only had 256 possible shades/colors/hues. (A PNG-8 image also can only have 256 shades/colors/hues but is not limited to which shade/color/hue.)

If you save an image in the TIF format, when you open a TIF image in Acrobat, it will automatically convert it to a PDF but also apply OCR at the same time without any extra intervention on your part.

Needless to say, I tried converting your image into other formats with no success in getting the date. So, like I said

it created by photoshop and using "Saved As..." feature in GIF foramt because PNG format make high CPU usage for export image and i want to batch editing.

OK, how did the image get from its source (??) to Photoshop? Please explain your entire process.

Have you tried TIF?

I extracted a youtube chart bar race video frames and aligned values of frames and saved as GIF in photoshop.

i tried PNG only and GIF.

If the problem is with the format of my images, why are all the values recognized and not just the dates? even "Hyphen" of dates recognized!

Hi, the color would not make a bit of difference.

I gather that this is from a website, can you send me a link?

google lens could recognize dates but i don't know why acrobat can't

i created this image from gif that attached to this reply

Interestingly, Acrobat recognizes the date in this attached image, but not in the edited image!
