Why does 213:11 appear when I open PDF

Hi,

This error keeps coming up. My company has this Acrobat DC installed on my computer. I think they have re-installed a few times, and sometimes other error such as it goes back to trial version after they re-install it.

Few days ago, they have re-installed it but now this problem comes up again. Something seems to be fundamentally wrong, else this will not come up so often.

Please help. Let me know if you need more information.

Thank you.

Hi kglad,

My IT specialist went to delete the slstore folder, reinstalled, re-launched the program, and signed in again.

He mentioned something about the error is still inside the cache, so delete the folder will clear that.

This time no error comes up. The slstore folder will still come back once you reinstall, but without that error.

Thank you for your help anyway. It provided the right direction eventually.

Hi kglad,

Thank you for your suggestion.

We tried but not successful. The read-only check was removed at the slstore folder. The error still pops out.

The program is Adobe Acrobat DC, not Creative Suite. Not sure if there is a difference in the resolving method for Acrobat DC.

Thank you.
