The setting is under Preferences > Search
It closes all instances of opened windows. This is very annoyiung especially when viewing many documents. Crashing should be isolated to the individual documents like browsers.
Anyways, disabling fast find allows me to find text without crashing the application. It has been happening on all documents so far.

Hi.
From looking at the log provided I noticed the following areas of interest:
Available Physical Memory: 4194303 KB
Available Virtual Memory: 3707292 KB
Display Detail:
Screen Width: 3840
Screen Height: 2160
Number of Monitors: 2
Graphics Card:
Version: 0.0.0.0
Check: Not Supported
Monitor:
Name: Radeon RX 580 Series
Resolution: 1600 x 900 x 60
Bits per pixel: 32
Monitor:
Name: Radeon RX 580 Series
Resolution: 3840 x 2160 x 60
Bits per pixel: 32
OS Manufacturer: Microsoft Corporation
OS Name: Microsoft Windows 10
OS Version: 10.0.19041
Page File Space: 4194303 KB
Look at the available RAM and then at the end of my edited log look at the Page File Space (or size).
You have for both the physical RAM and the Page File size (also known as virtual memory in MS Windows and as swap space in Linux and Unix-like OS's), the same amount of digital storing memory: 4194303 KB
That is about 4GB of physical RAM and 4GB of virtual memory in your hard drive.
You have too much stuff going on with your applications and your hardware current configurations.
Either increase the physical RAM or you will need to "Band-Aid" remedy the Page File Size in addition to testing with different resolutions (like lowering it or setting it at the same resolution for both screens).
That said, maybe updating the monitor drivers wouldn't be inconvenient.
But the most important aspect is that Micrososft recommends to have the system manage it automatically, but if you have to change this, then calculate to have at least 1.5 times the amount of physical RAM for the virtual memory.
In Linux, for example, is usually doubled and never less than the physical amount of RAM.
If you want to go technical about it you multiply 4194303 KB by 1024 to the sqaure and that is about 4GB (I hope I did it right). Then multiply that by 1.5 or 2.
4,398,045,462,528 x 1.5 = TOTAL Page File Space should be increased to : 6,597,068,193,792 (about 6GB)
Then let's also look at this part :
Display Detail:
Screen Width: 3840
Screen Height: 2160
Number of Monitors: 2
Graphics Card:
Version: 0.0.0.0
Check: Not Supported
Specially this part----->>> Check: Not Supported
You may need to figure out if you're missing driver update for the unsupported monitor of it's resolution is impropperly detected by the video card adapter.
NOTE: Do not follow recommendations of deleting the Page File (Page.sys) from MS Windows. The OS needs it even if it becomes too over- inflated over time. If you have to go down this path follow these tips instead:
To manually increasy the Page File see slide:

Thank you for your analysis. I do not believe physical ram to be the issue. The system still have more memory available. 4GB is the limitation of x86 software.. If it is memory issue then x64 might solve this problem.
