After clicking on print, the print dialogue box opens, the page is set to 8.5x11 and I need to change it to 11x17, however I can't do that because the "properties" AND the "page setup..." button don't do anything!

I am running Windows 7 64 bit.

there are no current updates for the program "no updates available Installed: Adobe Acrobat DC (17.009.20044)

and yes my print drivers are up to date. They were just installed by IT.

* not a printer issue, i can change printers in the print dialogue box all day, I just don't have access to the Properties button.

Also, I have searched this issued online for the past 2 hours with no results.

I had this same issue.  Same OS.  My problem was that group policy had set my acrobat.exe to read-only.  Right clicked the .exe, selected properties, unchecked the read-only box, verified to assign non read-only setting to all files within the folder and then the program functioned as it should.

This is where my .exe was located (C:\Program Files (x86)\Adobe\Acrobat DC\Acrobat)

Hi LucidNyghtmare,

Sorry for the delay in response.

There is a possibility that you have Group Policy implemented by your IT which can cause this behavior. You may consult your IT and see what they have to say about this.

If there is no group policy implemented or any other restrictions placed by IT, you may try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Reboot the machine and try again.

2- Launch Acrobat as an administrator- steps given here:  Run an Adobe program as administrator | Windows 7, Vista

3- Reset Acrobat Preferences - steps given here: How to reset Acrobat Preference settings to default.

Keep us posted about the results.

Were you able to resolve this issue? I have come across this issue as well, and can't seem to find a way to print on an 11x17 paper. Page Setup does not work.
