why dont i see the rich media option

Why wouldn't I see the Rich Media option under Tools when I go to make a 3D pdf?  I am using ver 9 extended.  Thank you.

Hi Johnb,

Sorry for the delay in response to your query.

The Rich Media feature would only be available if you have the supporting graphic card installed. As Acrobat 9 Extended is a very old version of Acrobat series. So there could be a possibility that the troubleshooting step may or may not work.

You may first check the following list to see whether you have the required graphic card installed or not-

2D Graphics Acceleration (GPU) support in Acrobat and Reader 9.0 on Windows

Then you may try repairing the installation. Open Acrobat>Help>Repair Installation

Check this and let us know if this doesn't help.
