Word-Dateien zusammenführen geht nicht

New Here ,
Jul 13, 2020 Jul 13, 2020

Hallo,

Hi there

We are sorry for the trouble. As described you are unable to combine the Word files as the application closes.

We tried to reproduce the issue on our end and its working fine.

Would you mind sharing the steps you are doing to combine the Word files?

Is this an issue with a particular set of Word files or with all the Word files thst you try to combine? Please try with a different set of Word files and check.

What is the version of the Adobe Acrobat Pro 2017 you are using? To check the version go to Help > About Adobe Adobe Acrobat 2017 and make sure you have the latest version istalled. Go to Help > Check for Updates.

For more information please refer to the help page https://www.adobe.com/devnet-docs/acrobatetk/tools/ReleaseNotesDC/index.html

Also, please try to repair the installation (For Windows Only) and see if that works for you. Go to Help > Reoair Installation.

Let us know how it goes.

Regards

Amal

Hallo,

danke für die schnelle Antwort.

Die einzelnen Schritte:

- Datei

-- Erstellen

Hi there

We are sorry for the delay in response.

As described you are trying to create the PDF form the Word file. Please try to create the PDF by one of the following ways as described in the help page https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/how-to/create-pdf-files-word-excel-website.html

Also to combine the Word files you may take a look at https://helpx.adobe.com/in/acrobat/how-to/combine-files-into-pdf.html?playlist=/in/en/ccx/v1/collect...

As mentioned the Message in Acrobat "Please wait, Adobe PDF is being read" stays and doesn't go away, you may try to reset the preferences to default as described here https://community.adobe.com/t5/acrobat/how-to-reset-acrobat-preference-settings-to-default/td-p/4792...  and see if that make any difference.

Keep us updated with the results

Regards

Amal
