Your Adobe Acrobat trial has expired.

For a few days the following PopUpText appears for applications with PDF:

"Your Adobe Acrobat trial has expired. Buy Adobe Acrobat now to restore full access. Click "OK" to buy. "

And that's it with PDF on my PC.

I use Acrobat DC since April 2018, have agreed monthly payment. All bills since then have been debited!

Previously, I used Acrobat 11, 10.

And now nothing works with PDF !!

What should I do?? Can I delete and reinstall app?

Hi Michael,

As per the issue description mentioned above, you are receiving message that adobe acrobat trial has been expired, is that correct?

On checking the details for your account using the email address you are logged into the forums, you have subscription for acrobat pro dc. as well as trial for acrobat pro dc

Try following troubleshooting steps:

1- Uninstall acrobat dc on the machine. Refer to the steps given in the following forum thread for the same: Re: Uninstall Acrobat DC

2- Reboot the machine

3- Download and install Acrobat from here: Download and install Acrobat DC subscription  

4- Reboot the machine again and check.
