Unable to print from word to PDF. Getting the error: Your request could not be completed. Adobe Acrobat license has either expired or not been activated. I have a valid license, have not had this problem in the past and tried signing out and signing back in.

I contacted Adobe support about this same issue. The representative said it was a configuration error. He logged onto my computer remotely and fixed it. I recommend contacting support!

Sometimes users modify system files so that Adobe license servers cannot be reached anymore. Those configurations need to be fixed.

We have that issue on at least 2 PCs out of the 300 some licenses. Do you know what Adobe did to fix it. Is this resolution something that can be shared? Windows 10 with Office365.

WINDOWS:

  1. Browse to:

C:\ProgramData\Adobe

And rename SLStore folder to SLStore_old.

 

  1. Finally, browse to:

C:\Program Files (x86)\Common Files\Adobe\SLCache

And delete everything inside the SLCache folder.

 

 

MAC:

  1. Browse to:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe

And rename SLStore folder to SLStore_old.

  1. Finally, browse to:

/Library/Application Support/Adobe/SLCache

And delete everything inside the SLCache folder.
