Question

2 different people signing one document sent to one single email address (husband and wife)

Is there a way to get signatures from two different people in one single document sent to one email, i.e. a husband and wife?  Right now when I add a signature block to the document for the husband, then add one for the wife, when I sent a test it only gave the option for the first signer name in both boxes.  Can anyone help with this?  Thanks!

Follow this YouTube link. It shows send the document to two different emails. However, to send so both parties sign on the same email, just add the same email address twice in the sending email field. then follow the prompts to "name" each email for each party.

Hi martins85849783,

I suppose you are using Adobe eSign service, am I correct?

Have you copied the Signature block or you created two different Signature boxes by drag & drop?

If its a copy then it will reflect the same signature. Else if both are different then you can clear the previous signature while signing & add the second signature.
